The Unidome Group is proud to announce the founding of Unidome Spain S.L. The official founding documents were successfully signed this morning at a notary's office in Madrid. Following the first convincing market successes in recent years, founding a separate company in Spain was the logical step to further expand our presence and establish the sustainable void former technology from Unidome in the Spanish market.

The new company, headquartered in Madrid and an additional sales office in Valencia, makes it possible to serve customers in Spain even more directly and efficiently implement projects with Unidome voided slabs and void former modules. Through targeted concrete displacement, the technology contributes to significant concrete savings, CO₂ reduction and greater material efficiency — key aspects of sustainable construction and climate protection.

Special thanks go to David Saiz Ruiz, who has laid the foundation for this positive development with his tireless efforts over the past few years. We are pleased to welcome him as Managing Partner of Unidome Spain S.L. We would also like to thank Rodrigo Alvarez de Leon Cano and his Alezes Abogados office for the professional preparation of the start-up and the advisory support in Spain.
