The universally applicable, patented and sustainable UNIDOME XS product line is suitable to be used in concrete elements between 18 cm and 50 cm thickness. Unidome XS can be used to produce in-situ concrete solutions, semi-precast parts and fully precast concrete parts with less weight and reduced material consumption. Combinations with other construction methods, e.g. with post-tensioning or with a steel composite solution or even concrete core tempering, are possible thanks to the flexible application options of the Unidome installation elements. UNIDOME XS

Unidome XS-H concrete former half shells offer an innovative solution for saving concrete in construction. With six different sizes to choose from, they can be used in various combinations to create a total of eleven different concrete formers sizes with a precise height gradation of 2 cm. These concrete former half shells are packed on pallets to save space and delivered to site where they are assembled into the efficient Unidome XS concrete formers. By using two fixing rods and the Unifix hooks, these concrete former elements can be easily pre-assembled on site. Unidome XS concrete former elements not only enable optimised production from recycled material but also offer simple and site-friendly assembly and installation. With their high quality and stability, they are ideal for sustainable construction projects worldwide. By utilising this innovative void former product, construction companies can achieve concrete savings while promoting environmentally friendly construction practices.

In-situ concrete application

Unidome concrete shaper elements XS are installed between the lower and upper reinforcement layers as an installation part to displace heavy concrete. The elements also serve as spacers for the upper reinforcement. The concrete formers displace between 3.35 and 12.65 cubic meters of concrete and reduce between 8.4 and 31.6 tons of load per hundred square meters of void former area. By the way, this avoids between 0.7 and 2.7 tons of CO2 emissions per hundred square meters of void former area.
