The Unidome XP product line was developed specifically for integration into semi-finished parts and thus redefines sustainable construction with semi-prefabricated ceilings. The XP concrete formers made from recycled plastic are inserted into the fresh concrete with millimeter-accurate precision right at the prefabricated plant — manually using templates or automatically by robot. The result: Highly prefabricated hollow-body ceilings, which enable particularly fast, economical and material-saving processing on the construction site. The integrated spacer ribs, the central transverse rib channel and defined support benches guarantee the exact position of the reinforcement and thus optimal concrete coating. Unidome XP stands for maximum manufacturing quality, load reduction and CO2 savings, without sacrificing load-bearing capacity.

The planning of XP elements is simple and easy to understand. Even during static pre-measurement, load reductions are taken into account using XP data sheets or digital tools. On this basis, the hollow body and solid areas can be defined on a project-specific basis.

Easy integration of hollow bodies into proven construction processes
The Unidome XP product line significantly simplifies the construction process. The XP and XP-plus concrete displacers are already factory-installed in the element plates and do not require any additional assembly work on the construction site. This not only reduces personnel costs, but also potential sources of error when positioning the hollow bodies.

The precise design of the concrete displacers ensures that the on-site reinforcement can be installed quickly, precisely and in accordance with standards. Thanks to the tight integration in the semi-finished part, the position of the hollow bodies remains stable — buoyancy during concreting is ruled out.
