Unidome XP - Perfect concrete displacement with sustainable semi-precast elementsThe Unidome XP product line was specially developed for integration into semi-precast elements, redefining sustainable construction with semi-precast slabs. The XP concrete formers made from recycled plastic are inserted into the fresh concrete at the precast plant with millimeter precision - manually using templates or automatically using robots. The result: highly prefabricated void former slabs that enable particularly fast, economical and material-saving processing on-site. The integrated spacer ribs, the central transverse rib channel and defined support benches guarantee the exact position of the reinforcement and therefore optimum concrete encasement. Unidome XP stands for maximum production quality, load reduction and CO2 savings, without compromising on load-bearing capacity.

Unidome XP - Efficient planning and quick assembly of semi-precast slabs with integrated void former technology
The planning of XP slabs is simple and easy to understand. Load reductions are already considered in the preliminary structural design using the XP data sheets or digital tools. Based on these data sheets, the void formers and solid areas can be specified for each individual project.In the scope of execution planning, the element plans are precisely coordinated to ensure a smooth production and assembly process. The Unidome XP system offers two variants: • XP — -XP - optimised for shear forces • XP-plus — XP-Plus - optimised for maximum savings Thanks to the standardised geometry, joint and cross reinforcement can be assembled quickly and in accordance with the standards - a real time advantage on site.
Simple integration of void formers into proven construction processes
The Unidome XP product line significantly simplifies the construction process. The XP and XP-Plus concrete displacers are already assembled into the element slabs at the factory and do not require any additional assembly work on-site. This reduces not only labour costs, but at the same time reduces potential sources of error when positioning the void formers.
The precise design of the concrete displacers ensures that the on-site reinforcement can be installed quickly, accurately and in accordance with standards. Thanks to the fixed integration in the semi-precast element, the position of the void formers remains stable - uplift during concreting is prevented. Unidome XP therefore enables a high level of process reliability, even with tight schedules or changing construction site conditions.
