New Häfele Dynamics Center building with sustainable Unidome technology
With the new Häfele Dynamics Center building in Nagold, a high-tech building complex is being built that consistently focuses on sustainability right from the start. A central component of this strategy is the application of Unidome void former technology in reinforced concrete slabs.
By using Unidome concrete shapers — made from 100% recycled plastic — concrete is specifically displaced where it is not statically required. In this way, almost 160 cubic meters of concrete were saved at the Dynamics Center. This corresponds to a reduction in self-load of more than 400 tons and a CO₂ saving of around 34 tons.
Unidome Group would like to thank everyone involved for their excellent cooperation.
