NEW PROJECT: TOWER ONE PORTA DIAGONAL

Location: Av. Diagonal, Esplugues de Llobregat - Barcelona

Unidome Group is delighted to be able to share this new milestone in Spain.

The new business and service park with a roof area of 90,000 m² is the last piece to be built in the historic Finestrelles district, which comprises a total of around 234,800 m².
The project will be divided into six buildings, including two twin towers about 100 meters high. The first tower, Tower One Porta Diagonal, owned by CORPORUM INVESTMENTS, is already under construction. It is a building almost 100 meters high with 25 floors above ground and 3 underground floors.

The Tower One Porta Diagonal, designed by Batlleiroig, is intended to create a green oasis with terraces around the building that accentuates the natural ambiance of the district. Both the buildings and the surrounding public areas were greened and designed, emphasizing the sustainability of the project.

The Unidome XS series will be installed in a total of 19,552.80 m² of the building.
