Visit to the GO-WEST construction site with sustainable Unidome technology

The visit to the GO-WEST construction site was a great experience for the Unidome team — many thanks to KOHA for the invitation and excellent cooperation. On site, we were able to get an idea of the progress of construction and gain exciting insights into the implementation.

The project uses sustainable Unidome void former technology. By installing void formers in reinforced concrete slabs, concrete is selectively displaced, reducing self-load, material consumption and CO₂ emissions. The Unidome concrete shapers used serve as lost formwork and enable economical, material-efficient and climate-friendly construction.

We will continue to report on the progress of the construction site in the future and are already looking forward to the next steps in this exciting project.
